Overview:
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the “Emdad Arabia - Dev Fact” mobile application, operated by Dev Fact Software (Cairo, Egypt, Commercial Registration: 213012), in cooperation with any hospital and Emdad Arabia as the delivery service provider.
This app is used to manage the delivery of prescribed medications from hospitals to insured patients. Access is restricted to registered drivers, hospital staff, and system administrators.
Patients: Do not access the app. They receive delivery updates via SMS or WhatsApp.
Drivers: Manage deliveries and share live location during delivery.
Admins: Handle route and delivery order management.
Hospital Staff: Place and manage patient orders.
The app collects and stores:
Patient name and phone number (provided by hospitals).
Driver location data and delivery logs.
Employee details related to operations.
All data is handled securely and according to our [Privacy Policy].
Emdad Arabia is fully responsible for:
Timely delivery.
Proper medication storage and condition.
Dev Fact Software is only responsible for the technical platform.
Unauthorized access, data tampering, impersonation, and misuse of patient data are strictly prohibited. Violators may face account suspension or legal action.
Dev Fact reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without notice in case of violations, security breaches, or system misuse.
While we strive for consistent service, Dev Fact is not liable for external technical failures. Emdad Arabia assumes full responsibility for the physical delivery process.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
